what a clever idea all in one.the only thing im really disappointed with is the keypad already is broken one of the button came off.not happy at all

It's okay but it kicks into "fan mode" way too fast. I used to be able to have 25 open tabs on my Dell and it was silent. Here you get the fan cooling after three tabs and not even streaming. (but if you did before and have the screen open like youtube it seems to still heat which SHOULD NOT HAPPEN ON A DESKTOP.) AND there's a constant ANNOYING WHIRLING TYPE HUM. Brand new. You don't necessarily hear it if your TV is loud or your AC is running but in the quiet room? Oh yeah. I had a Dell and it crashed on the floor shattering the screen but IT STILL WORKED AND WAS QUIET. I only threw it out because I was moving and the chards of glass on the screen were dangerous and some areas of touch screen were wonky. I also like that this one was around 2 inches less wide than my Dell which was filling up my bed table. But I should have kept it. I went with this one since it was around 100.00 cheaper. You get what you pay for.

It's great for basic school work and Internet browsing

Ideally I love having a larger screen. However the keybord if very narrow. I understand modernized technology and space saving but this is very uncomfortable.

was looking for a desktop that had the basic package setup and this was the best value Vest Buy had to offer

Am having terrible trouble with this computer. After 2 attempts for small repair service at home (1 cancelled by me, 1 by Best Buy tech..both for illness reasons)am now scheduled for next week. Am not happy with this computer. It’s been 3 weeks since purchase and that’s not acceptable for a new and expensive piece of electronics. Best Buy employees have been very helpful but no new computer should be so difficult to operate and need repair service so soon after purchase. Maria Raymond

I bought this and it was a refurbished(?) version and out of the box. It didn't even come with a box. What I thought was disappointing was when I got home to power this up it did not have an OS. It just took a little longer to set up but I got through it.

Makes weird humming noise. I updated the bios but with no luck.

I am finding that several of the things I have been used to doing are more steps to do and therefore more difficult. The screen doesn't seem at all 3 dementional as the old one was. I'm sure in time I'll get used to it but right now it's a pain,.

It was okay. It works, but i feel like it is super slow and glitchy. Too many popups and viruses get in even with protection...

The sound is variable, depending on the website. I don't know what the cause is, but it is annoying.

Good Product not as fast as my old computer but for an I-3 not to bad start up is fast great speakers and display screen.

MSN 11 is quite different E Mail confusing. keyboard very different tactile comfort. Color white & gray difficult to see.

The computer was okay but the software had multiple issues. Had to return the 1st one and the 2nd one has issues with the camera software.

It’s good, good quality and great price! Would definitely recommend.

Does the job as a basic desktop for a family that does not need it for gaming, video editing or anything particularly demanding. Frustrating how it is slow to start up, and frequently loses Wifi connection and does not have an easy means to reconnect beyond restarting. Too many products are pushed, which is distracting and obnoxious (HP, McAfee, and others). Overall, good enough.

Computer by itself is fine but I didnot get that 6month antivirus protection from Best Buy as advertised by best buy on their ads
