I use it to do my work and I love that its touch screen. I thought it will be a little slow but its great.

This desktop does the basics, you will need a Type-C adaptor, refresh your PC skills, the screen picture is great, easy to set up, great aesthetics, keyboard feels nice, mouse responsive on regular desk surface not so much on other material(paper/book), so far storage is fine but that is too be determined once i start transferring these photos and videos(that's why i got it), great for homework so far, cool thing is there's an SD port, the camera is great and i like that is not always out(on) feels like better privacy....more to come as i use it longer

Speakers could use some bass Camera doesn't raise up very easy on mine. System software took up enough memory for my liking. But, all in all I love my HP snow white all in 1 computer.

I'm very happy with this purchase so far. The quality I assume will be equal to the HP Envy laptop that this unit is replacing so I will give it 4 stars right out of the gate. I was able to get it up and operating even though I am technologically challenged. The fact that this was done without any assistance should encourage other seniors to not be deterred from purchasing this computer. I am able to increase the fonts on my stock screens so that I no longer have to squint at the monitor all day. The Microsoft 365 will give me everything that I need in Word, Excel, and Outlook to keep me up to date. The Windows 11 will be a steep learning curve but I plan to take a feature per day and get myself up to speed. I absolutely love the 24" screen!!!!

I've always liked HP compters, and while the clarity and speed are great, it could use a few improvements. Firstly, and I guess this isn't HP's fault, Windows 11 is a bear and has made adjusting to this new computer more difficult than it needs to be. I do not like the stand. It sticks out too far, and takes up more room than necessary. For the most part when I change computers the transition is fairly seamless. That was not the case. I've needed to contact HP and/or Geek Squad far more often than ever before. I'm no computer wiz, but there have been issues I just couldn't resolve myself. I'm not a fan of the flat keyboard... I find it tricky for a speed typist, and will most likely replace it. I've already switched out the mouse as well. Overall, I do like the operation itself, but the total package, I feel, could be better.

The design in itself is beautiful. Its got some get up and go. Dont like microsoft. Its a bully.

I bought this desktop for my father and he absolutely loved it! He got the hang of it right away and it’s really easy for him to use. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the screen is not as clear as I would like but that’s just be being particular, it looks like it has a film over it but it might just look like that because it’s a touch screen. But other than that it works well.

It's light, it's fast and nimble. The total absence of clear instructions is bad.

Machine works good for general usage. This was bought for my parents who aren't heavy users. Only reason not 5 stars is the supplied keyboard is just so-so (found it too "skinny"). Used their existing keyboard. But the computer itself runs decent for the price paid and touch-screen is nice.

So far, I find this a good choice for my purposes. Easy to set up. The screen is actually larger than I care for but is likely great for movies and games. The only downside is that the mouse is erratic. I don’t know if it is because the device is a touch screen, but it is frequently difficult to get the cursor to land where I need it.

Setup was painless, computer is nicely put together. Possible issue with fan; got a Windows message and the computer shut down, but working fine now and still diagnosing.

Love my new home pc! Runs faster than my old one. Easy to set up.

Great family computer! Minimal space here at home so not having the hassle of a tower is amazing. Runs smoothly and easily connected to Epson printer we purchased. Was not 100% happy to create another account in order to sign in to computer.

Great computer for home use. Huge screen, fast processor.

it runs quick compared to my old computer. So far, I am loving it. I have not tried all the programs I have uploaded to this computer yet. I can say it is doing the main job I want it to do which is speed. I have no complaints at this time.
