Slow and can't be upgraded.

It is slow, but functional for an elementary school age kid. Don't expect to do any heavy processing or play many games on this thing. But, I only paid a $200 for it, so it will work.

For the price I expected much more. No sound card. No speakers. No Word. Shelf price at Best Buy 350 + tax and I had to buy add ons. Poor.

Do not buy anything with Windows 10!

I purchased this computer, got it home and the 1st one the Ethernet port did not work, then I returned it and got a 2ed, and that one the disk drive would not open, then I also returned that and the 3ed the graphics card wasn't working, there was no red at all. I love best buy and I have always loved H.P. but they have messed up with Windows 10. Do not buy anything with Windows 10 and Don't upgrade to Windows 10 on any computer that doesn't have it. I did it with my computer with Windows 8 and the graphics were horrible and you only have a few days to switch back or you will lose your old settings and you will be stuck with the faulty operating system. H.P. needs to stop covering this up and come forward and admit their mistakes.

It takes sometimes upwards of 10 minutes just to turn on and we have almost nothing downloaded in it. It was purchased for my children to look up school stuff and make papers etc but it is so slow its crazy.
