Old computer with Windows XP, power supply bit the dust. Purchased new HP with Windows 10. Very easy to setup and completely satisfied.

Tried an HP 4G in November and it kept disconnecting from internet. Geek squad nor anyone else could fix it so returned and got my money back and just kind of waited until I was ready to tackle buying another computer. Bought this one in April and have no problems with it. I adjusted to Windows 10 with no problem. Really like it but then I came from Windows Vista. I work from home and I love the Microsoft Apps. Definitely a good buy!

Ive had this computer for several months now and I absolutely love it! No issues up to this point and Im very pleased with the windows 10 and the ease of this computer style

Needed a small form computer due to space limitations. This computer exceeded all expectations with the power in such a small case.

My husband had me buy this while it was on a sale, and well spent money...he loves the quality of this, now he loves being on the computer and so do my kids

Despite getting a new modem and ethernet cable, this machine keeps regularly dropping the wired connection. Internet service provider sent a tech out, he couldn't figure it out and suggested returning the computer. We exchanged it for the same model and have the same problem (updating the system, drivers and even resetting the ip didn't help)

We just love this new computer. Its nice to have windows updated as are old one was very out of date.

The window 10 on this tower is hard to function with, other wise just general work on this is fine.

It's great PC and the customer service was awesome.

This is my first HP and I should have stuck with the Dell. Straight out of the box, with no additional apps or software downloaded, and it runs slow and loses network connection repeatedly.

This computer was at best very slow. I chatted with HP's tech support until I realized the guy I was chatting with knew less then me. I disconnected. A little while later a supervisor called me (I had to input my phone number to do the text chat) and I thought that was nice. Unfortunately she was absolutely certain of something that is not true! She said HP computers would not and never did turn on when power was applied to the plug, but my old HP does every time I turn it on. Maybe I expect too much :-(

Ethernet card never worked. Took me about 4 months before I could get someone from HP that speaks English to help me. They fixed the Ethernet card, but now a month later it is not working. PIECE OF JUNK!!!!
