I like this unit a lot. I bought/returned 2 other units before this. One was a Dell, nice machine, but didn't like the base - took up too much room, and an HP, which was good, but frankly, I wanted something more stylish lol. Anyway, this was really fast to set up, easy quick integration with everything else I've got going (basicaly just sign into Windows/Microsoft 365) and I was up and running in maybe 45 minutes. Runs fast and clean. Just for geek purposes theres a part of me that wants to ramp it up to 32gb, but there really is no reason for it. Everything runs smooth. One small surprise is that the screen is matte, not glare (so it's LCD I guess) and at first that bugged me a little bit, but I've actually found it a little easier on the eyes/viewing as glare in the room (I work at my home office near a window) is not a problem. Also, teh base of the unit has very durable black felt on it. I thought that was weird at first but it turns out to be a nice spot to put my external HD and it's not sliding around anymore AND it's a good with room to place items, etc. Love it and highly recommended. Great computer. Easy to learn. Touch screen is a complete plus. Hasle free set up. This HP already comes with it's own keyboard and mouse.

This computer works great. I bought it because it has Windows 11. The transition from my Windows 10 desktop to this one was smooth. All of my data from my Windows 10 desktop transferred to this Windows 11 desktop without any problems. This Windows 11 desktop is easy to use. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone thinking about upgrading to Windows 11. I had Geek Squad do the setup and installation and everything went smoothly

LOVE this. Runs like a champ, FAST. Nice big, clear screen, and the height is adjustable, easier on the neck.

I went in to buy a tower to replace my 11 year old desktop. The gentleman who assisted me was great (sorry I did not get his name). I learn something new everyday on this computer. It is great to have the large screen as well as all the other new and exciting things that keep me on my toes. Also knowing the Geek Squad has my back is an added bonus.

It works as I'd hoped it would. Fast, responsive a great screen size. Keyboard is a little wonky. You need to press with the correct force or it skips the intended letter.

The integrated camera and adjustable height make are a plus. The monitor is wobbly and feels insecure. There is no way to adjust it. It shakes repeatedly if its bumped or if you bump into the desk. I am concerned with picture and video quality if this happened when camera is in use. So far it has not been a problem. The speed and functionality of the computer is good, and the 27 inch monitor is a plus. I am only giving 4 stars because of the seemingly fragile monitor connection.

I was looking at this product in the store when an HP representative named Shwetha came up to me and described some of the products features to me. I was trying to choose between a Dell and HP product. She did not push the HP product and merely described the pros and cons of each. I did not intend to buy that day - I was merely looking and I told her I was considering an out of the box purchase for the discount. She then went online on her phone and showed me one in excellent condition for a great price. I ended up buying the HP product out of the box online in the store. She asked if I needed Microsoft 365 and I said I could order that at home online and she told me I could save money by buying it through Best Buy. I later came back to the store and asked about printers and she showed me an HP product and explained the features. Thanks so much for all your help in the store Shwetha! Much appreciated!

I love this computer. The minimalist set up is great. The touchscreen convenience is so useful for casual browsing as well creative work. I recommend this computer for anyone needing everyday use, creative work & entertainment.

love my new all in one, much faster than my old one, adjustable height is a great feature as is the non glare screen. The volume control is right on and I can use this to watch my shows while my husband watches sports. Best Buy had what I wanted at a great price, and shipped to my house free and on time as promised.

This All-In-One desktop computer was very easy to setup and get started on. The large touch screen makes any activity efficient. With its adjustable height, this item clearly makes computer work of any kind effortless.

So far i love my computer. at first i thought of gettin an apple, but i feel those are to complicated. HP works great and easy.

I definitely love the larger screen and I love having the extra storage space. Im working remotely and having the large screen is very helpful as the systemis also easy to manage. My bestbuy salesman helped me choose the best fit for my lifestyle. This is the largest and the best system I have ever owned & I love it.

I purchased this open box computer setup to replace an older, slower HP computer, and it has performed flawlessly! I saved at least $200 by getting the open box unit, and being somewhat a computer dummy, it is working out well for me.
