Easy to set up (with a bit of help from Microsoft - the unit ought to come with a xfer cable and a few instructions like my last upgrade did) that being said - it's fast, the display is fine easy to use.

Bought an open box cpu because our old one was old enough that it wasn’t going to be able to get anymore updates and concern that prices could go crazy. Reece showed me what computer was most like the one we currently have. Bought basically same computer but newest version. Because it was open box it didn’t come with any paperwork. I initially could not figure out how to get wireless keyboard and mouse to work and when I started setup Windows was not updating correctly. Because I have the Best Buy Total membership I was able to take the computer in to the store and they quickly showed me how to make the keyboard and mouse work and also fixed the windows issue and loaded the purchased software and the antivirus software I also get from them. (No Norton for me, no additional charges for work on computer) computer is working flawlessly and we are learning about Windows 11 now. I am very happy with my decision to buy open box and with Best Buy Total I am covered! Reece was pleasant to work with and very helpful and informative. There is always a chance when purchasing new appliances or electronics that things can go wrong but I have used Best Buy for several years now and I have a great deal of confidence in my local store in Springfield, Or.

This computer does everything I need to do. Easy to operate. Only problem experienced was the numbers key pad got stuck and kept printing a number over and over.

My husband and I purchased a computer and realized we were also in need of a TV. The sales associates in both dept were extremely knowledgeable to our needs. When we had our TV delivered the gentleman were so professional with the way they conducted themselves and even cleaned up behind them. We will NEVER hesitate going back to Best Buy, and the nicest thing of all is when we had more questions with our computer the geek squad was so patient and extremely thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. I give the overall experience we had an A+ and beyond. Thank you Best Buy for great customer service and taking care of us to the max.

I love my new computer! I am not technical in anyway. I was able to set this up on my own. It does not take up much space, no ugly towers.

So far it's working great and I love it. The 4 vs. 5 stars is due to the horrible "user manual" which tells you nothing! You just have to kind of wing it. Also, I've only had it a short time so I cannot review it on a long term basis - like is it still great a year from now? Don't know yet.

So far I love this computer but I am giving it 4 stars because I dont like the way the monitor wobbles when i touch my desk or when someone walks in the room. If I had thought about that possibly happening when you have a monitor that you can raise up and down I would not have bought this computer at all
