Sorry to tell, but the amount of ink in this little containers is tricky. I have bought three sets already and don't know where the ink goes. I get a couple of copies n its gone. Don't know if the ink got dried or what. To me is a mystery.

I was unable to print with this cartridge. I brought in my printer to Best Buy, Colma CA for a check-up. However, the Geek Squad member could not find any issue with the printer.
I have now purchased a new cartridge directly from HP. This new cartridge works and my printer is printing again.
The cartridge that I purchased from Best Buy was most likely defective. I do hope Best Buy can refund me the cost of this defective cartridge.

I ordered an HP 67XL Black Ink cartridge on 7/5/2025. I have done little printing (maybe 30 to 40 pages) and on 7/15/2025 (only 10 days) have already gotten the HP printer to report the Black Ink level is LOW. I don't know if this is an incorrect notice produced by the HP Printer or if the new cartridge was somehow not full to begin with; never have had this problem before. If and until I get resolution I am rating everything with a 1 STAR rating. I will be happy to submit an updated rating if I can get this issue resolved.

this is listed as High Yield but i started having the message saying printer was low on ink after only a few prints. I will continue to buy but will opt for the standard cartidges

First the printer emptied the trial cartridge well before it’s time, then it emptied this XL cartridge after printing about 50 pages. I’ve spent countless hours with HP and still have never gotten a replacement XL cartridge that their defective printer chewed through in less than a week. I’ve had to replace the printer as it drained yet another cartridge in about 50 pages. They finally agreed to send a replacement regular (not XL) cartridge but who knows if the replacement printer is actually going to work properly. The support is absolutely the bottom of the barrel. I’ve wasted probably 8 hours in less than 6 weeks of calls. I’m giving up on HP.
