The expiration date was in the future. I did my usual amount of printing. Yesterday I received a “low ink” warning. The print was gray, not black and I will need to replace the cartridge. I am disappointed.

I just wish Best Buy was better able to keep them in stock.

I print Infrequently, but when I NEED TO PRINT, CARTRIDGES SHOULD HAVE INK! My Older HP Photo Smart ( Not Wireless) Still Copies w. #98 Cartridges. So I must use Older Printer different Cartridges for Copies Only. What's Going on with Best Buy selling No Ink Cartridges?

I understand you purchased the XL cartridges and they did not fit. How
inconvenient! Returns and exchanges are simple to process. Go to www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/ to exchange or return the cartridge through Best Buy.
If you are going through many cartridges while working from home, you might want to consider the instant ink program. Print preview can also be viewed before every print, to cut down on waste.
