I use this cartridge in my HP photosmart printer mainly for printing text. It prints clear text without any problem.

HP factory ink, can't go wrong with name brand ink, have had some problems in the past getting cheaper third party ink

These larger capacity cartridges means less trips back and forth to the store or less on-line ordering. And of course you save a little money. The ink quality is great and have never had any issues with compatibility.
