    Purchased as a secondary computer for couponing and crafting. After having it for a month, it is working great. Buying refurbished was a lot cheaper than new and was able to purchase Geek Squad warranty. The five stars is for the computer NOT Best Buys. I have been trying to take in the "old" secondary computer for "appointment" for repairs. NOT happy with the NON-service I have received thus far.
