Setup is easy. Graphics are not great, but most of the games I play are not graphics intensive so it works out. Really good value.

The packaging, ship time, start up, and so on have been flawless. There was a little bit of scratches on the front of this unit, nothing horrible. My first unit was spotless but they both are fantastic. Best deal for your dollar, getting the refurbished!

Pre-Owned but Loved at Work!

They were so in need of more space and more running power... and needed the update to windows 10 badly. Would recommend pre-owned products to anyone from BB.

Amazing machine

The performance was better than I had expected. The computer was an Xmas present for my daughter and she’ll be doing homework and light gaming. The performance on the gaming site was great for the games she plays. Haven’t tried anything graphic intensive yet but look forward to it. We’re pleasantly surprised with this unit.

Great economic computer

I wanted just a basic desktop and have no issues. The company that sells this through Best Buy actually gives you a 1 year warranty. I could not find this on the site but when it arrived it was listed.
