    The computer had a glitch, I returned it, a new was replaced and set up for me to start up with my digitizing of embroidery designs.... I'm sew pleased!!! The techs at the Daytona beach store are smart and polite and patient with me a 75yr grammy. Please do not close our store.

    Packing and set up was easy I had a small problem with my keyboard but I took it back immediately and they gave me another unit with no problem at all. Great service.

    We very much like the screen how it easily tilts and goes up and down. Also the base doesn't take up a lot of space on the desk.

    I was very shocked to discover the wireless keyboard and mouse were not already discoverable to the new All-in-One I bought recently. Knowing I was inept at all things computerized (because I had told them), why didn't the Geek Squad agent add those devices to the computer while it was with them? sigh

    i bough it with $200 off labor day discount and was surprised with the quality - including packaging im IT consulting and usually don't buy HP products for recommend this model, specially if it is at $799
