Computer is the right size for me, which I was told it would be. My sales person listened to what I do and suggested this one.

Computer seems to be great so far but, I just got it up and running yesterday. Had missing items when delivered and just got them in the last couple of days. Still didn't have a power cord for it so, I used one off of an older laptop to get it up and running. The closest Best Buy store to me is about and hour away and I may pick one up later.

I got this and a matching monitor for my loading room . It’s perfect and now I have two monitors so I can compare load data from two separate manufacturers.

So easy to set up, great screen size, comes with wireless keyboard and mouse. Don't need the touch screen but nice to have.

I like it now that it is working properly. The keyboard had some problems due to a glitch with Windows 11. It would not power up when the computer and mouse were on. So of course, it would not type. I called my Geek squad twice for help over the phone, and then had to take the entire computer with keyboard and mouse in to the store so they could fix it. And the batteries that came in the box with the set died in less than two weeks. After the frustration in the beginning, I am overall happy with my new computer. It is the exact computer I was looking for when I went to Best Buy for a new one.

Very good $ value, Staff made the process very easy and stress free. Got just what we needed and no pressure from staff to upgrade beyond our needs.
