I love my new All-In-One HP computer. It works great and is easy to use. HP does a great job in supporting its hardware and software. The speed of this new computer is fabulous, especially with Windows 11 now in use.

This HP All in One has all the features I was looking for- size, touch screen, copilot, latest chipset, sufficient memory and ssd. This is my first use of Windows 11 and MicroSoft 365. Only have it a short time but seems promising. Best Buy helped me out a lot setting it up and transferring data. Happy to take advantage of a holiday sale.

So far so good. PC performing as expected and very happy with it. Meets or exceeds our needs. Only negative is the stand. Although nice that it is up/down adjustable and back/front tilts, Its wobbles left to right and up and down more than I would expect but if doesn't get worse / breaks, then I guess it's ok. Just al little "uncomfortable" with it when accessing rear for flash drives or when using touch screen

I am enjoying my new computer and all of its features, including CoPilot. The camera on top can be tucked away, but not the most durable it seems. The only reason that I didn't score this as "excellent" is that it does not appear to be mountable.

Love this comouter and the all in one feature is wonderful! No tower is nice. Best Buy set it all up at the store so we just brouht it home and plugged it in. It has all the features we wanted and is super fast. We love it — thanks to Best Buy staff for all their help.

I purchased this PC because of the Copilot + feature, with the added NPU. After using this PC for several weeks now, I can say the difference between Copilot + and the standard Copilot, is subtle at best. It doesn't render any faster, it doesn't respond any faster, but it will hold memory of conversions, a "little" better. As for performance, this PC is a dog, compared to my 2 year old HP 27 Ryzen 7 7000 series. Everything is sluggish. I have all of same parameters and same apps as my older HP on this PC. Saving files, is painful. I don't know why such a lag, but have read that many people experience this anomaly with this processor. The only thing it does better than my older HP 27, is it boots up slighter faster. I should have done more investigation on this Ryzen AI 7 350 processor and integrated 860 graphics. Had I read more about the performance of this processor, I would never have bought this PC. Newer is supposed to better, right? Apparently not, in this case.

I love this computer. Has great speed and responds quickly. The screen is very clear. Nice to be able to adjust the height of the stand.

The computer came on time and was exactly as what was advertised

The mouse that was sent with it gave me fits for about 3 weeks. They are replacing it. Computer seems to be good, but customer service was awful. Wait time, got cut off, wouldn't call back.

Tried deciding what to buy between desktop and laptop. Choice was this desktop and am very pleased with how it worked out for me.

My sister and I bought new computers for home use and our sales associate at Best Buy was wonderful. Also having out old computer information transferred to the new ones was so easy and fast. Everyone we delt with at Best Buy was wonderful and efficient. Thank you BEST BUY
