I had to get an updated desktop and chose the HP M01-F3214 PC. This HP desktop has a small 256GB M.2 SSD hard drive (Samsung) and 8GB of HP RAM. When I turned on and went through all of the Windows start-up, I found it to be very responsive considering the minimal RAM and hard drive sizes. I’m impressed with the low-end AMD Ryzen 3 5000 Series processor. This is maybe the 10th computer I’ve purchased from Best Buy over the years, but the first time that I got one in “Open Box” condition. I saved about $130 and used that savings to upgrade the PC by purchasing 32GB of Crucial Pro RAM (two 16GB strips) and a larger 1TB Samsung M.2 980 Pro SSD with heatsink (all from BestBuy). When I opened the box, the power supply was hanging by one screw, easy to reattach. The side cover of the cabinet was also missing the set screw. Not huge issues, but something to note as a quality control issue for the team that sends out “open box” floor models. The RAM was very easy to install, but on the first attempt the system only recognized 16GB of RAM. I powered down, swapped the two RAM strips between the sockets and it worked perfectly the second time. I purchased a Sabrent PCIe card to mount the new 1TB Samsun SSD on the motherboard (there is one PCIe X16 expansion slot). Once it was installed it was very easy to clone the new 1TB SSD, swap them out and reformat the original 256GB SSD. Now I have second internal SSD hard drive mounted on the motherboard. I uploaded a few photos so you can see the motherboard and internals. In one photo of the new RAM, I placed the original 8GB RAM in front for comparison. The case looks like it has a lot of room for expansion. For the price I can’t think of too many “cons” for what I purchased, maybe a USB C port would’ve been nice. Overall, I’m very happy with the performance of this HP Desktop, especially with the upgrades. Its an amazing starter PC for anyone looking for cheap and affordable. It can run alomst everything you can possibly throw at it and loads up everything super fast

Great desktop computer for those on a budget! A nice SSD for the computer to start up fast and decent specs to last at least a few years no problem! Glad Best Buy continues to include a keyboard and mouse with each computer purchase!

Best PC ever. Handles gaming like a champ if equipped with the right wifi broadband. Haven't had it lag at all during game play! Highly recommend

Good starter machine or for one that is doing basic work, web surfing, budgeting, email,etc. Windows 11 is no better running then 10 and I still have to find some of the basic controls available on Windows 10,

Needed a new Tower. This was recommended. Ease of use. Love ❤️ it.

This computer has been trouble since day 1. Just a few days after purchase, we started receiving messages from Windows Defender Security Center saying we needed to call Windows Support. My elderly mother called and these folks miraculously were able to get the message off of her screen. The windows support message reappeared one other time. Now, a BitLocker recovery message is displayed on the screen. Can't use the computer at all. Weak security.

Bought this for my father as a Xmas present and wasn't disappointed. Set up was incredibly easy and the "bloatware" as it used to be called was very minimal. The computer case is somewhat compact in size so it fits in his desk with room to spare. with regard to performance, it connects to wireless effortlessly and out performed my expectations. He uses it mostly for emails and surfing the web, for which it was more than capable. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an everyday-use computer. Well worth the money and minimal effort to set up!

i was in the market for a new desktop computer, i wanted something simple & inexpensive i chose HP because they’re usually a reliable brand once i hooked it up & started using it i was very impressed with it for being a lower end desktop, for $359 this was a good purchase

The best brand, the best price, the fastest and most convenient order pick-up, the best service. I don't need to play games, all the work I need to do on the computer, this computer does it brilliantly. The computer works without any noise, and the operation experience is excellent. The most important thing is to buy a computer at BestBuy without worrying about quality assurance and after-sales service.

Impressed with my new PC Tower, works perfect with the things i do in my little Homeoffice. Set up was easy and Speed is awesome plenty GB for my Needs. The On and Off Swith is a little small hard to find / feel.

My old computer could only support windows 10. in order to kept up with the world I bought. A new HP desktop AMD Ryzen 3 with installed windows 11. This is what I needed, I am retired and didn't need a Top-of-the-line computer with all the bells and whistles. This is a smaller version. Of the top-of-the-line computer. I'm very happen with my HP. Desktop. H.P. and Best Buy have made me a 21st century man.
