Pricing = 5 stars, it was heavily discounted. Performance = very good, as expected from an i7 BUT the wireless kept dropping signal on me, several times a day. I checked power management on the adapter, I checked for driver updates. It is very close to the router. Luckily, I had a PCIe card from my old PC, so I disabled the onboard adapter and will use that. I'm not about to move all my data back and forth again to return this and get another one for that issue. So, bottom line, price was good, no optical drive, which a $25 USB DVD drive will fix, and I'm using an add in wireless card, cause the onboard adapter is garbage, or broken, or something. Other than that... fast enough, and worth $500, but no more.

Great desktop computer. I wanted to not qorry about speed, so I purchased and installed another 8 GB of memory. The 8GB worked amazing, but the added memory really makes it fly. I have 2 27" monitors, wireless mouse and key board, and now my home office is complete. Thanks Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

This desktop is fast to turn on, has very smooth operation (no lag), and fits nicely in my workspace. I have dual monitors hooked up to this desktop and it performs phenomenally. High productivity. Would definitely purchase again and would highly recommend.

Works perfectly for me. Supports my 2 monitors and the speed is more than enough for what I need...internet research (I can literally have 15 tabs open without any system slowdown), email, Microsoft Office programs, video tutorials, and email.

The system is quick and makes photo uploads and editing a lot easier. Have enjoyed the system except disappointing that this model didn't come with cd burner as one of the other models was led to believe it came with burner,as that was one of things asked the rep and was told yes. Other than this have enjoyed the system love the speed .

I bought this on sale as we needed one more system with all of us working from home and virtual school. We use it for web surfing and word processing applications. Haven't done any heavy gaming so I can't speak to that, It is great for what we use it for and was a good value.

Great purchase for the sale price. I am using for a media server, so the SSD size was not a concern. There is room for expansion. But the speed, the 3.0 usb slots, and the graphics card works great for a home media server.

This was overkill for what I needed it for for at only $30 higher than the far lesser spec'ed machines this was a no brainer. It's not very expandable given the weak PSU but I just needed the barebones config anyways to run a laser cutter. Perfect for my needs.

Good office computer if you get for sale price. Decent speed, seems to run cool, and quiet. Can play some less graphically taxing games without any problems so far. Should have used much bigger power for upgrade ability. All in all Good buy.

good price, very fast. I was not impressed with the Geek Squad. I was told be two different people that they would transfer some apps but no. Also there is no CD player on this even though there is a slot. I needed to get a separate CD player.

I purchased this desktop pc because of the i7 processor and the excellent deal at Best Buy. I was not disappointed one bit - much faster than my old i5 system. The only drawbacks I find is a lack of a DVD reader/writer and only 8gb of memory.

Everything is faster. No more waiting for something to respond.

The sale went smoothly the delivery went well too the only problem is I thought I bought the computer with a DVD player and apparently I did not and I bought the wrong model which I would’ve caught had I shopped in person but otherwise I’m happy with the purchase

This item is so much faster than my old tower. The price was outstanding. I recommend this tower top everyone I talk to and it was so easy to set up. i am completely and totally satisfied with this equipment. Thanks Best Buy.
