Good laptop, not good refurbished keyboard :(

It feels like someone spilled something on half the keyboard & didn't clean out the inside of the keyboard thoroughly. I have to push down super hard on the spacebar in order to make it work, which is more than pretty annoying for a writer like myself...The laptop itself works just great, but it's the keyboard that I'm rating 2 stars :(

Very good laptop I enjoyed it while I had it

First day I had it I charged up to 100% after that couple days down the road I tried to charge and it just would not charge at all. I currently have swapped it out for an exchange since I was still under the 15 day Best Buy Warrenty. I really like this computer that’s why I exchanged for exact unit just hopefully this one does not mess up. Definitely buying extended Warrenty now lol overall very good laptop I use for editing 1080p 4K video’s on premier pro this laptop definitely can handle my projects.

Terribly disappointed.

It was plenty fast and seemed to otherwise work great...except for the fact that a week in it started with "plugged in, not charging." Rather than try to troubleshoot and potentially run out the clock on the easy return window I simply returned it.
