Fine computer, terrible customer service

She needed to VPN in to use a particular program, but unfortunately, this computer repeatedly hangs and freezes while using the program, making it essentially useless for us. Her job started after Best Buy's woefully inadequate 15 day return window, so instead of being able to return it and purchase a new computer from this retailer, we are stuck with it. Will never order from this company again.
