Purchased the HP - EliteBook 14" Refurbished Laptop, which was refurbished by JOY SYSTEMS. Easy set up. Seems to work well at the moment. More time is needed to detect any serious issues. Pleased with 1-year warranty.

Amazing Laptop. I was expecting a refurbished laptop to be very disappointing but I was proven wrong!

Bought this laptop for a friend who would use it for basic spreadsheet and accounting work. The laptop boots quick and run decently smooth with its I5 and 8Gig config. The refurbishment seems to be working as expected. There were a couple very tiny scratches here and there, and a very loose screw but rest everything else is good.

My employer purchased this laptop for me so I could do basic spreadsheets, writing, and access databases with spreadsheets and other large data downloads. The refurbished laptop was, in appearance, indistinguishable from a new laptop; it came to me in impeccable condition. After nearly eight months of use, I haven't experienced any problems with either the hardware or the software. The processor and memory allow me to do all of the work I need to do, and I don't experience any lag with streaming audio and video. Downloads are quick too. Clean, crisp visuals and audio allow you to enjoy a bit of entertainment during your breaks as well as accomplish various types of professional work. Windows 10 Pro is as intuitive as Windows 11; I can't speak to its other bells and whistles because I haven't used them. The laptop included a charging cable. I rarely unplug it, but I accidentally unplugged it once and didn't notice that the battery was low until about 8 hours later. I think a student or a young professional would find this laptop an excellent value for all the work they need to do.

I was a little scared to get a refurbished laptop but it’s wonderful. It works just like new and it’s perfect for me. I recommend any student who needs a good laptop to get this.

Buying refurbished can be risky, but the laptop we received was in tip-top shape! Bought this as a first computer for a new student, and we could not be happier with the quality and performance.

There are a couple of tiny dings on the surface of the laptop, but the keys work like butter. One day, it would not turn on, so I had to do a hard start (I think it's called). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would encourage others to purchase refurbished laptops from Best Buy.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. This refurbished laptop is completely unblemished. Could easily pass as a brand new machine. Fresh clean windows install which takes you through setup just like a new PC. Everything works, Keyboard is perfect, screen is perfect, camera , speakers everything. I haven't had a problem at all installing any of my required software. I was really hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop after reading horror stories on Amazon and other sites. There honestly is not a scratch or any wear on this PC. Maybe I was lucky , but if the one you get from Best Buy is like mine you will be 100% satisfied.

Excellent purchase! It was refurbished by Joy Systems & I love that I know who exactly who refurbished & assembled it. Feels very personal & so far, everything is working perfectly & it looks like a brand new computer! Very happy.

So far so good. I’m used to this model fro my office and needed one for personal use. Had a cheaper ho but it was slow and had cheap components. I bought this refurbished elite book and it works like a new one so far. My only complaint is it does not have a touch screen as advertised.

Great laptop got it for my kids homeschool programs and was able to handle all that and more. It did have a loose key on the keyboard but nothing I couldn't fix
