After about a month of use it does what I want for it to do, primarily messaging programs. It it slow when first using a program and loading images compared to my desktop. It is very light, thus comfortable to use. Mine arrived with the backspace key slightly tilted, but this was too minor and would naturally result from wear so I kept the item. I have not made use of the pointing nub but it works as it should. The fingerprint scanner is convenient being a portable device, more like swiping to unlock on a tablet/phone.

This is not a high-end machine by any stretch of the imagination. We needed something just to run a laser (Windows drivers only), and this is doing the job. I wasn't expecting anything fast and didn't need a giant drive, so this fit the bill for a decent price. There are a couple of items which brought my rating down. First, the screen is really terrible. It's just too awful to describe well. Grab a monitor from the mid 1990's and you'll have a good idea of the display quality. Second, the trackpad is almost unusable. It has terrible speed and accuracy. I wound up grabbing an old USB mouse because it was too frustrating to use. That really annoys me because the machine is used in a space-limited installation, and we were really looking forward to having a self-contained system.

I wanted to save a little money so for the first time I bought a refurbished computer. I wasn’t too happy at how clunky this thing was. It looked like it had just come off a laptop cart at a middle school. Even the charger port was an older and larger style. I guess I didn’t know enough to look up what year this computer was made and it wasn’t very clear in the listing how old it was. The listing clearly said it had a built-in camera which my son needed for his virtual college classes. We were pretty surprised when it arrived without a camera which made it essentially unusable in this pandemic college environment. Best Buy Provided outstanding customer service and made return window exceptions for me to make this return for a refund. I would give 5 stars for the interactions I had with customer service on Facebook Messenger who went out of his way to communicate with my local store. The customer service in my local store was also very accommodating. I went ahead and bought a new computer for about $150 more and I’m very glad I did, I wouldn’t really bother with a refurbished item again.

Came in reconditioned box but otherwise looked and has operated so far just like a new unit. No complaints on hardware or software. GeekSquad helped download Webroot SecureAnywhere software from BB site. Great Price. Have used previous employer's HP EliteBook for several years without incident.

It has been working well so far, i have had no issues and the price was comparatively cheap.

When I started the laptop I immediately got an error message that the memory was unsupported and would be unstable. I called the refurbishing company and was told that they would send me a new RAM to fix the problem. When it arrived I had a professional IT guy install it. Same error message. I returned the laptop to Best Buy.

I bought this for a friend. I was afraid of buying a refurbished machine, but so far no reasons to be afraid. Top-notch performance!

Bad computer it's supose they Send me a 320gb ssd hard drive laptop and they Send me a 128gb ssd hard drive laptop and because i really need the laptop i don't claim but they lie
