    Great laptop! Looks brand new and works great. I ran into an issue with the laptop when I received it but was able to contact support which was very easy to locate and they took care of it right away!

    We ordered a refurbished computer for pick up at the store. The computer arrived a few days early. The pick up was very easy and efficient in the parking lot.

    The laptop works fine but the vinyl covering on the lid around the HP logo started peeling away a week after I received it.
