Poor Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased HP - EliteBook Folio 14" Refurbished Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 8GB Memory - 250GB Solid State and the first thing I saw was the front cover were two different colors. After turning on the laptop, I notice the screen was replaced by a tablet screen which automatically switch layout of the screen into tablet mode. Great specs and price but not worth the hassle of buying a refurbish laptop.

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this computer yesterday. It came only with a recycle bin and Internet Explorer. It will not download, and therefore will not install, anything. One of the cooling fans quit and it shut down. The charger that came with it does not work. It never asked me to enter my product code as the included instructions indicated. I am returning it today. I will never buy another refurbished computer from Best Buy.

Great Laptop for the Money

Great laptop I use to run Office and AutoCad. But laptop wont charge with the charger given... I just use my old one from my previous laptop. Overall great laptop and cost friendly
I would recommend this to a friend
