I'm sure it's better then what I use it for but the touch screen is so helpful when you have arthritis. Thank you all at best buy.

I bought this for my Mom for Christmas. The touchscreen works great and the speed is awesome. Great for working from home, surfing the net and streaming Netflix and video. Wish I could get one for myself.

I was looking for a laptop that could easily manage photoshopping, image enhancement, etc. This one delivers. Plenty of power, sharp screen, easy to use. It is heavier than some due to the 17 inch screen.

I love my new laptop! It's so fast and the touch screen makes it even better! I looked at it in the store and loved the beautiful quality of the picture as well, which is one of the reasons I picked it.

This is a great laptop. It has all the bells and whistles that I love. Like Windows 10 loads. The touch screen is a nice bonus. I am very into music and it works great with all my music programs.

A little bulky to travel with.but over all a nice little computer.

LOVE THE FACIAL RECOGNITION LOG IN, SUPREME GRAPHICS WITH EASY TO USE SOFT WARE. THE I 7 PROCESSOR IS EXCELLENT AND RUNS SMOOTH . DOWNLOADING CAD CAM SOFTWARE SOON FOR WORK. SHOULD RUN GREAT

Sleek , fast and super quiet! Backlit keyboard is perfect. Performance outstanding. Awesome screen. Worth the money. Not a 5 star only because its a bit heavy for me and so not super portable. You might feel differently.

I was surprised to see this computer at the price point I bought it and I have to say I'm really impressed with it so far. The build quality is really good and it is made of mostly metal.

16GB RAM, 1TB hard drive, 17.3" Touch screen? All the specs for a great computer. Touch screens make working on computers much easier. Very sturdy and so far great performance.

Enjoy a portable computer with a large screen format for viewing spreadsheets. Very ergonomic, I have been using HP for several years. Not disappointed with their performance.

Worst laptop I have ever owned. The mouse pad is terrible, there are no buttons for left or right clicking. Windows 10 is the worst OS I have ever worked with. Not intuitive whatsoever. Mouse pad sensitivity is horrendous. The only way you can work with the mouse pad is if you only had one finger, maybe two. The mouse pad sensitivity is such that it keeps sensing the other fingers, thus do things that you don’t want to do. The mouse pad location is such that it works better if one was left handed. If I can’t get this laptop to work, I am going to return it and get my money back.

Very pleased with my new computer, HP ENVY 17.4",Intel i7. What an update! The touch Screen is great and the illuminated keyboard is wonderful to work with in a dim environment.
