Great computer! I bought one for my daughter for her college classes and she loved it so much, I bought one for my wife! Great storage, easy to use, and sleek design.

My HP desktop computer really was a Best Buy from Best Buy!!! The batteries in the keyboard and mouse last for a long time. I the added security of having to pull the camera up to use it. The display is awesome.

I needed a laptop for college because my old one gave up after a few drops. This one is a great replacement. It is really fast for everything (downloading files, browsing, etc). Resolution is great, giving very sharp quality images. I haven't tried the webcam yet, but I don't really mind it because I will probably not use it often. The few programs that I've installed in it work great. Battery life is great

Excellent fast laptop. Touchscreen is very responsive. Doesn’t hang at all. Sound system is clear as well. I like the USB C charger for fast charging and it’s lightweight laptop.

This laptop is THE BEST laptop I have ever owned. I am a prior employee of Best Buy and have purchased many computers both Windows and Apple. This laptop blows every single Apple out of the water in terms of speed, capability, build quality, and more. I have nothing but positive to say about this laptop as every single thing I have thrown its' way, it has handled flawlessly; my MacBook Pro was not able to handle half of what this does and it was very similar spec. I recommend this laptop to anyone that needs a GOOD AND FAST computer and is okay with not "having an apple."

Amazing Buy!! Great battery life, fast, lightweight, perfect size screen, nice touchpad and key board. It does everything I need it to do. Best part is that it was affordable.

Laptop arrived quickly and was fairly easy to complete the setup. Has been a great choice for office work and travel. Did not need free software that came with it. Most of it tends to create a bloatware problem. When setting up Windows, if you don't want to mess around with logging into a Microsoft account, don't connect to Wi-Fi. Otherwise you won't be able to proceed without using a workaround to forget the Wi-Fi. This is NOT an issue with the laptop, just Microsoft. RAM and hard-drive are sufficient for normal use. Touch screen is nice and works well. Time will tell if the cables that run through the hinges hold up or fail like previous touchscreens have done for me. Don't expect gaming computer performance for programs demanding high video card usage and the battery life and heat will be affected accordingly.

Best purchase I have made here at Bestbuy. This works great for me as a college student who is always on the go, and it is nice how portable the laptop is and the fact that it has a touch screen as well. If you are a college student looking for a good laptop you should definitely buy this.

Love this laptop! I had doubts about switching from a 15.6 inches screen to 14 inches screen. To my delight, it doesn’t make any difference. I am able to work seamlessly on this. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around. Being lightweight it will be easy in my back during travels. The laptop with its ultra i7 core processor has superb speed. Very happy that I bought this. I recommend this laptop to any one and you won’t regret buying this one
