    After purchasing the new HP laptop, Microsoft 365 and virus software, the Geek Squad at the Annapolis (MD) store were most helpful with the setup. They greeted me with a friendly welcome before befinning the install. The tech knew exactly what he was doing and explained the process as it unfolded before me. Another associate by the name of “Spring” has worked with us on multiple other purchases at this store with the highest level of professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store.
