Great computer. Good performance. Small things I noticed: speakers seem weaker than my last PC and sometimes the hinges don’t hold the screen up but I just handle it more carefully

Very pleased with the performance of this laptop. Excellent value.

I’m a minister of two churches and have a lot of correspondence over internet. Also use Word for my sermons and bulletins, not to mention my personal data the I keep up with on it. This is the third HP laptop that I’ve had from Best Buy and it is fast and light for I carry it with me a lot. It has saved me from have an assistant to keep me lined out. This HP is my assistant.

Works great and good size screen able to see everything

Laptop being used for online classes and so far has met needs and been user friendly. We purchased the domiscounted virus protection and had to sign up for auto renewals to activate. Thats annoying since will hsve to remember to cancel that in a year.

I love this laptop. It has all of the features i wanted and then some. My son said I didnt need all that, but for the price it was a great deal. I could not deal with my Chromebook anymore. I needed a real laptop that was comparable to my desktop computer. This is better than that too.

So far this is working pretty well for me. It's speedy, looks sleek, and does what I need it to do. The only downside is that I don't think the speakers sound that good. It's not a dealbreaker for me though since I can use headphones.

It is smooth, fast, and efficient. I usually dont purchase an HP but this one has done great

Had to replace my old personal laptop when it finally died. This is the perfect replacement. Purchase was easy, set up was easier. The screen size and clarity are just what I needed.

This laptop was easy to set up. Much faster than my old HP laptop. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

I work in insurance about 10-12 hours a day and it’s a great laptop but most of the time I use the tablet mode and try to go back to laptop mode it gets stuck and have to reboot it. But every quick, very nice laptop.

This is a very good value. It comes with Windows 11 which is new for me. Seems to have ample storage.

This HP laptop has delivered as promised. Great processor storage and memory has been perfect for my recent freshman starting college.

This is my second envy computer, good bright screen, learning system from older, nice and fast
