    The laptop is good. Best Buy Geek Squad is awful. Paid for software to be loaded on the new laptop. Picked it up and was told I had to load the software. I paid for some Geek Squad service along with extended warranty. When I call Best Buy in Salem, NH to talk to a manager I am placed on hold with a repeating message of all reps are busy. By the 25th repeat of the message I get disconnected. I have yet been able to connect with a human when I’ve called no less than a dozen times since buying the laptop!

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
