Great computer and great value. My ONLY complaint is that it does not have USB-C ports on both sides, only the right side. Otherwise has been fabulous for online meetings, work related business and some social online fun.

I was reluctant to purchase due to the reviews regarding previous models of this laptop. But Im glad I did purchase it. Thanks Best Buy, the price was great, and I was able to save 50% . I was looking at these laptops on HP's website. For me, it does what I need it to do. I personally will not be using it like a tablet. I needed a laptop with a lighted keyboard and enough storage space..and this laptop was the best deal.

I am very happy with this computer for my needs. I use for entertainment and work and the light weight is perfect for bringing to and from work.

It’s been a while since we purchased a laptop and found it a bit daunting with so many available. The service and advice we received helped us buy just what we needed.

I like the fact that i can use tge keyboard or touch screen. It helps out alot when navigating through pages

Build quality seems pretty good. Having a tablet mode is super nice when you want to sit back and chill. Had to drop to 4 stars because of all the bloatware and subscriptions that they throw at you when first setting up the computer (McAfee is installed by default for example. Yeah very disgusting). I thought HP was above all that garbage but I guess not. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this for someone who isn't at least a little tech savy.

Excellent startup computer to begin with and build to the computer that you need to complete tasks. The software could be designed slightly better to be more friendly and not so strict on settings.

So far, I am enjoying this large screen laptop. This is a really good product for the price.

This is a great product. I do a lot of my personal research, work and even browsing without having to wait long enough like I had to with my previous computer. I have great help and good advice with picking one out

WE always get HP computers. This one is so much faster, love the touch screen.

Slower than my old envy laptop that had Intel Gen 11 core i7 and less # of threads. The mouse shows the loading sign with every single click on this laptop. The keyboard is smaller so it took some adjusting and also did not have the extra keys that I often used as shortcut for Microsoft word. Some useless keys like a emoji button and a snipping tool key. Also the sound is really low. Cannot hear it if you step away, even at max volume. But other than that it is fine especially for drawing pictures.

Just what I needed for home use. The battery life is very good.
