    Upgraded from the Surface Laptop 1. Very fast for 3-4 different web browsers with multiple tabs. Adobe reader open and running a zoom call, all simultaneously and smoothly.

    Laptop being used for online classes and so far has met needs and been user friendly. We purchased the domiscounted virus protection and had to sign up for auto renewals to activate. Thats annoying since will hsve to remember to cancel that in a year.
