    One of the store Managers, Gio (customer service pin #04480648822123124), was amazingly helpful in assisting me with a delivery issues that required price-matching approval in order to make me whole for the price I originally paid. He was polite and easy to work with to fix my issue 100%.

    Build quality seems pretty good. Having a tablet mode is super nice when you want to sit back and chill. Had to drop to 4 stars because of all the bloatware and subscriptions that they throw at you when first setting up the computer (McAfee is installed by default for example. Yeah very disgusting). I thought HP was above all that garbage but I guess not. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this for someone who isn't at least a little tech savy.

    Slower than my old envy laptop that had Intel Gen 11 core i7 and less # of threads. The mouse shows the loading sign with every single click on this laptop. The keyboard is smaller so it took some adjusting and also did not have the extra keys that I often used as shortcut for Microsoft word. Some useless keys like a emoji button and a snipping tool key. Also the sound is really low. Cannot hear it if you step away, even at max volume. But other than that it is fine especially for drawing pictures.
