    While I had high expectations for this laptop as I was buying it brand new, I have been disappointed in the months since I purchased it. My previous laptop of 5 years finally kicked the bucket, so I purchased this one as a replacement because I need to have a laptop for my school and work. I have had numerous issues with the laptop's audio (cracking, not making sound at all, glitching, etc.), as well as it shutting down and generally being incredibly difficult to troubleshoot minor issues. It works a bit better than my old one (which is expected when comparing brand new vs. five years of heavy use), but given the opportunity I would not purchase an HP device again.

    Can't give it 5 stars as it has a few issues with sound. Sometimes there is so sound when started so a reboot is necessary. Otherwise, works as expected.

    this was the 4th computer i purchased. 3 defective ones. i was thrown out of the Holmdel, New Jersey Best Buy, full Membership, the manager would not touch my computer. he said show me what is wrong. they called the police and the officer witnessed the pointer moving around by itself opening programs, took it to the Manalapan,someone has access to my computer. i still have many things wrong.
