excellent for my husband's work, and entertainment

Great product. My wife loves everything about it.

Purchased 9/2024 HP - Envy 2-in-1 16" 2K Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Meteor Silver. Beautiful color, keyboard, sound and 2 in 1 feature. Geek squad data transfer was good. Sadly windows 11 and extra programs installed on device are using up a lot of Ram and slowing this computer down to a crawl. Currently at 65% ram usage when computer inactive. It’s taking about 5 minutes to open up chrome or the edge. My old spectre with 8 ram that’s 9 years old and on windows 10 is light speeds faster than this one. I’ll have to bring it in to the geek squad and see if they can find some remedy but I fear I’ll have to buy a new computer. So it worked for 6 weeks and the aesthetics are perfect but the device is not good. Choose another.

I love my HP laptop. It is a bit slow but that could be due to my internet connection.

So far it works well. Slight issue it cuts off its volume and I have to restart it.

It's a nice laptop. Works great for regular work. Go for it.

Happy with new laptop but so different than my old one. Takes a while to get used to it

I'm highly disappointed in this product. First one overheated a little over 1 year. Purchased another one Dec. 2024 and on Jan. 20, 2025, I turned it on and get another overheated message. Never again will I buy this product. Best Buys states it's past the time for me to return it. Unbelievable

Got as a gift for my husband. It's been a good buy so far.

Very disappointing. I bought this as an open box purchase second day that I had it The backspace failed to work I took it back and without doing anything it returned to proper working order after my second week of owning it it has quit working and has never returned to working order. I don't have time to keep going back to the store and fixing this and I'm just totally upset with the product. In addition I have now somehow lost the ability to use my voice to text system is it claims that I do not have my input microphone hooked up. Setting up the product has been a nightmare and I have found the geek squad to be very short towards meeting my expectations.

Great computer but horrible Best Buy service. I opened it and discovered that it was dented, I went to customer service and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it. $1200 for a dented laptop. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Purchased an HP laptop via Best Buy's Telephone Sales Department. Never advised the salesperson that I would be using the laptop for gaming. She advised an HP Ryzen. I had no idea it was a laptop primarily for people who game. She also advised me that the instore Geek Squard could transfer my documents/data from my old laptop to my new laptop while I waited in the store which turned out to not be true, Not an overall good experience.

I thought it would be faster but it does lag a little bit over all it’s a great laptop there’s just no accessories for it because it’s so new. Great laptop for everyday just a little laggy when trying to multi task

This computer had all the specs I wanted in a laptop. I sadly got a defective one, new out the box. Turning it on and connecting it to the internet was a hassle. It kept dropping the signal even though the rest of my devices worked smoothly and had fast internet. I turned the wifi off from my other devices to see if that was the problem... it did not fix it. I had to reset the laptop a few times in order for it to finish programming. The internet was super slow to load any page. I went to the HP drivers website to try to download drivers. I would download and would only get to 3%. I tried to fix it myself with steps online but nothing helped. I even reset the network in settings. Returning it was very quick and easy thing since it was within 15 days.

I ordered this supposedly from the Glen Allen store, and made the mistake of not picking it up in the store. The website offered free delivery on the next day, which is what I opted for. Not only did it not arrive - I was told I could not pick it up in the store because it was coming from a totally DIFFERENT store! Today, I received a message that it would be delivered in TWO WEEKS. Do better, Best Buy. I will NOT be ordering electronics from you again.
