    Open to chrome tabs and it starts to heat up. Awesome display but overheating is a huge turn off and I returned it.

    The touch screen did not work so returned - 1 star, reading customer reviews, I believe there are many that have had problems and for many years and HP has not fixed it. If I could give stars for the individual I purchased from and customer service at the Roanoke Best Buy it would be 5+

    When I went to register this computer with HP I found out it was a discontinued model. There was not any indication of this on Best Buy's website when I purchased it. It was intended as a Xmas gift for a college student and a discontinued model would not have been appropiate.

    I was so excited to receive my my laptop. But when trying load windows 11 things went south. I requested a exchange but got a cancel order. Can't understand why I get a replacement.

    Lasted only 2 months before just randomly dying. Gotnit serviced at bestbuy (10 out of 10 to them) and they suggested just refunding and getting store credit then trying to fix this device.

    Great machine. Decent value. I was less than impressed with the customer service. I was in the computer department for about 20+ minutes and no one offered me help or asked if I needed anything. Once I found the computer ON MY OWN that I wanted I had to leave the computer department to find a staff associate to get it fore to purchase. I spent over an hour and was so frustrated with the lack of customer service.

    I like the laptop but it has a problem with the keyboard. I have found 2 different number keys that when holding the Shift Key down gives the wrong symbol. The shift 2 instead of showing the @ sign it has the " sign, it's not a bad problem I just go to the shift " key when I want the @ and it gives it to me. When I have the opportunity, I will take it to the geek squad and see if they can correct it. other than that, it is a good PC. I just have to remember that it is reversed when I use it.
