Overall i am ok with the purchase of this laptop as it does everything I need it to do. Does not seem to be a whole lot of difference in performance between this Ryzen 7 version versus the Ryzen 5 version I had on my last HP laptop. So mildly disappointed there. The biggest issue i have however is finding my finger placement on the keyboard. For some reason I have to look or I find myself typing some unrecognizable gobbledygook. Never had that issue before on other laptops.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. An employee at Best Buy suggested this laptop. I assumed he would know if it was a good laptop for what I told him I needed. I bought it for over $700. A year after I purchased it the screen went blank. Two days after the warranty expired. Then Best Buy wanted to charge me over $80 to just send it to have it fixed. That's without the cost of actually fixing it. I could send it out to someone myself and save $80. This laptop is a piece of crap. All Best Buy did was try to take advantage of me. I'm elderly and have a very limited income. I'll never buy any electronics from this manufacturer again. I will also shop somewhere else when I need anything pertaining to electronics. Just a warning before you purchase anything. Make sure its from a manufacturer who stands behind their product, as well as a retailer who is willing to try to make things right if there's a problem. Especially on a product they recommended. You can also find my review on other sites like Yelp.

I like my laptop, but I had it for three months and I have no sound coming from the speaker. I don’t know what to do. I tried everything that I think I knew, but it still does not work.

I love my HP laptop. It is a bit slow but that could be due to my internet connection.

Purchased 9/2024 HP - Envy 2-in-1 16" 2K Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Meteor Silver. Beautiful color, keyboard, sound and 2 in 1 feature. Geek squad data transfer was good. Sadly windows 11 and extra programs installed on device are using up a lot of Ram and slowing this computer down to a crawl. Currently at 65% ram usage when computer inactive. It’s taking about 5 minutes to open up chrome or the edge. My old spectre with 8 ram that’s 9 years old and on windows 10 is light speeds faster than this one. I’ll have to bring it in to the geek squad and see if they can find some remedy but I fear I’ll have to buy a new computer. So it worked for 6 weeks and the aesthetics are perfect but the device is not good. Choose another.
