Bought this printer for the GF, she's been dying to have a wireless one and that's just what this is. A basic wireless printer, with copy and scan features as well. It all functions great and is surprisingly quick for an inkjet printer. It can even scan/copy and print double sided. If you are looking to print a lot quickly, though, look at the laser printers, speed is not this one's priority.

Ignore the screenname: I am not disappointed with this product, but it appears as though I'm not allowed to change my name. Good printer; nice size, very compact and quiet. Does a good job scanning and copying as well. Overall a good value for the price paid. Only complaint is that it runs through ink too quickly, as most all inkjets do. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

This is my first printer to go with my first laptop purchase and I'm a novice when it comes to electronics but this was a snap to set up and HP also allows for remote printing from wherever you're at. So, basically if you can e-mail it, you can print it. I also read some of the reviews post purchase and it's really not as noisy as some reviews claim. Thank you Best Buy, Geek Squad and HP!!

I haven't been to happy with HP products lately, but I needed a small printer for space reasons. This printer is an exception. Very good quality prints and fast enough. Not loud. Worth the small $. Ink is kinda high, but isn't it all? Bought one, liked it, bought another for different location. Did have trouble with the WIFI printing, but probably because of me not knowing what I'm doing,

Well a few days ago I need a print fast for school I needed a wifi printer that can also print picture at an affordable price when I went in the store I stumbled upon this is I asked one of the lady's for help and she explained its our best affordable one we have all you need a low price I was like sold .

The envy 4500 does everything it's supposed to do. If you need to scan, copy, or print in low volume and you're on a budget, I highly recommend it. It's not good for home office or high volume use, but excellent for scanning pictures or printing off reports for students. Wireless printing on a budget.

Well sized, prints fast, but takes a while to get started. Worth its price.

Very Easy to set up. I haven't had any problems with it yet although I haven't used it too much. The internet set up takes only a few minutes. It is a very basic printer but suits my needs which is only for school. I have not used it for any large color prints yet but it seems like the black and white is pretty clear so I'm guessing that the color prints would be as well.

Overall, great printer. Great value. Easy set-up. If you do not need to print large volumes quickly, this is a great choice. The wireless feature works well too.

Bought this to replace our 3rd Canon Pixma printer. Set-up was a breeze, but I do recommend that users search online for the driver rather than use the included software. It prints, copies, and scans. The HP instant ink subscription is going to change the game. Do some research (only specially marked HP printers are eligible for their instant ink program) and you'll find out why.

Easy to install and works great. Although color ink for this printer has all 3 colors in 1 cartridge, when I had separate cartridges for each color in a different printer, all colors seemed to run out of ink at about the same time. Print quality is great and can print 2-sided, saving paper (and trees!)

I needed a quick, easy to set up printer I could use with my iPad and iPhone. I didn't want the hassle of installing print drivers, etc. The set up took less than 10 minutes. This isn't a printer I use every day (I have a "heavy duty. Printer for work) but I do use it at least once a week and it's always ready to go. I have no complaints and actually bought one for my son!

I had to buy the easiest to use printer for my mom, who can use the computer but does not understand the newer technology such as e-print. She needed a wireless printer that was easy to set up, use and not be expensive to replace. She has an i-phone so could use eprint, but doesnt quite get the concept. But if I ever needed to use the printer, has features that I can easily acclimate.

HP Envy 4500 print scan copy photo & wireless print. I forgot how good HP printers really are. I purchased an Epson based on price. I had owned one before and forgot why I purchased an HP printer. HPs are much quieter and faster than the competition. Learned my lesson and will stick with HP printers. Compact, easy to use, quiet printing and reasonably priced.
