So far it seems to be a good unit...about the same as my previous one. I like the smaller foot print but wish that I could put it on top of my desk so that I could access it better. Was a spur of the moment buy due to my other computer going "stupid" on me at the last moment! I do like that it was easy to set up and use immediately. Lots of new things to explore seeing this is a new brand again.

e-z set-up , came w/a keyboard & mouse , can't say enough good things about the computer. lots of help comes w/ this machine , programed in the computer to help you on your way . i also like the keyboard & mouse that came w/the computer .

The HP-ENVY Desktop, has proven to be a desktop worthy of accolades. It proves itself to be a formidable machine that will compete with brands that rank higher. I am pleased with the purchase. If there are others searching for a desktop this is a product I would take into consideration.

I was at the mercy of finding a computer since mine died suddenly. I found the perfect fit with an open box deal. It was exactly what I needed at a great price. The ease of all the tools and accessibility on it makes it very useful for business daily.

Above average desktop for office use. One of our computers in the office crashed and we needed a quick replacement ASAP. Bestbuy was the only place to go. Unfortunately, they don't sell desktops with Windows 10 pro licenses. We had to order the upgrade for another $99. I wish Bestbuy would start carrying desktops and laptops with Windows 10 Pro licenses.

My old, old HP Desktop finally gave up and the Sales Rep at Best Buy explained everything this desktop has and I knew this was the one for me. I am in love with it! It starts up really quick and everything I go to opens up finger snap...like that!

Works perfectly and comes with a mouse and keyboard. Great for first computer as it is functional and gets the job done. just make sure you have no errors between the chair an keyboard.

This is a great computer. I don't need it for gaming or much other than daily record keeping and surfing the web, and this provides enough power to handle these tasks easily. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new computer.

So far this desktop has performed flawlessly and the wireless keyboard is fantastic because of the tactile keys. The wireless mouse works well and was a bit of an optical adjustment of not having the red LED from my previous wired mouse.

It's fast and slim looking with lots of USB ports available. love the wireless mouse like the hidden CD/DVD player I know it won't last forever, but loving how fast it processes

Am disappointed by having to purchase Word (which I did not do) because it quit working. Got free online word processing instead. Do not like having Microsoft slammed down my throat. The machine is fine and functions well.
