It would not support dual monitors no matter what type of connection I tried. I had to return it. Otherwise it's a good computer but I have 2 new monitors and my business process wouldn't be as easy with just 1 monitor.

The desktop came with a defective HDMI port that made the screen of my external monitor dark for 1-2 seconds randomly. I changed the cables trying to find the issue but eventually I had to return it with it's defect.

The 'on' button is in the computer cover and it takes your finger nail to press the button to turn on this computer. I returned the 1st computer hoping the issue would be corrected but it was not. I live in a rural area and after many chats and phone conversations I was assured once the first one was received I would received an email and at that time return/exchange the 2nd one. Email did not arrive/unable to return or exchange so I now have a computer I can not turn on without using the thumb nail.

Salesman not clear on need to apply for credit card before getting a 10% discount, nor in getting discount in points against future purchases instead of getting cash. HP 27" monitor was advertised as getting 1440 resolution. But in order to get that resolution, one has to buy an HDMI cable specified no where and by no-one. Why isn't cable actually included in sale if it was necessary for that good resolution? Process to get a credit card was slow. Service by Geek Squad counter was anything but customer conscience. Young man @ counter said there would be a one month delay in getting in-home installation even tho he knew I was dead in the water without a PC!

Bought an open box item. However, it came with someone else's Windows account setup. It was asking for their PIN. Tried calling GeekSquad. Spoke to 2 agents and was transferred to a 3rd over an hour's time period. Then he disconnected. No call back. Might be time to order direct from Dell. Very disorganized.

This is not worth the cost I had more on the other hp I own don't waste your time or money

Weak on video outputs. 1 VGA and 1 HDMI. If you want dual monitors, pass on this. You will be diappointed in the VGA connected display. I regret the purchase.

Another great HP desktop. Fast and easy to operate. The salesperson was knowledgeable and was able to find exactly what I needed for my replacement compter.
