    Was easy to set up, however we are having problems using our printer that we just purchased a few months ago. The printer worked fine with our last computer, so I am not sure what is wrong.

    A good desktop computer with plenty of storage and speed. Geek Squad transferred all my data from my old desktop that had a bad video card.

    After my old computer crashed, I selected this tower as the replacement. The sales assistance from Mitch and the tech support from Tyrese were both outstanding. The overall increase in response speed and accessability is absolutely amazing! I could not be more pleased.

    I have been very happy with this computer. I bought it in a harry as my old computer started having intermittent hardware problems and I needed a computer I could trust. The conversion was easy, and the speed is great compared to my old computer.

    Works great. Everything I expected. Windows 11 has a slight learning curve. The preloaded McAfee antivirus program is a bit intrusive, but my Norton subscription works fine. Overall, it's a good buy. Still looking for the second interior drive bay.

    This is a fast computer and works well in the office environment. You must crest a Microsoft account to setup like all windows 10. Make sure to insert Bluetooth dongle before you try to setup.

    Straight out of the box, nice clean set up. Only gripes are that it needs a cd player and came with 16 not 32 mb ram. Beyond that, after I turn the machine on, it is ready to go in under 20 seconds. So far, no problems with Windows 11.

    This Envy desktop replaced an older HP desktop that I bought at Best Buy 11 years ago. The upgrade in speed and reliability has been great! I also like the touch of the new keyboard.
