Excellent except Windows 11, which is still a beta products, and major crashed 2 days after I got it. Typical Microsoft, releasing an unfinished product not ready for prime time. Been doing it for decades. "Downgraded" to Windows 10 and it works great!

This computer is outstanding, Quick start and great for running multiple programs. I love windows 11. Could not ask for a better system, and the price is great.

Computer was great for the first year and half. Fast and easy to use. Until this morning it will not turn on at all and is dead even when plugged into a different surge cord. Not sure what happened to it. The other items plugged into the original surge cord are still working.

I love this computer. I've had it for a few months now and I've no problems with it. The processor is super fast. After be very indecisive, I'm glad I made this purchase.

I have owned it for only one month, but it seems to work great. Came with Windows 11 and I am coming from windows 7, a big learning curve ahead. but it loads fast, and I like that.

Easy to set up and transfer data from my previous computer using an external hard-drive. Nice to have several USB ports both front and back.

Worked fine right out of the box. I got it because I needed to upgrade to windows 11 and my old laptop couldn't handle windows 11.

I love my new HP Envy. It's the fastest computer I've ever owned and while I'm still learning how to use it am sure it will enhance my life

I needed a new desktop computer for my home. We love this. It works well and with the set up done by Best Buy we are very happy.

so far, so good. It fires up fast, I don't have to wait too long. I have multiple web tabs and office programs and there is no lag. I love it!

Good machine but the chassis 99% empty. Must have has excess chassis to use up. The SSHD is on a memory style chip. Why did they recess the the power off/on button? Hard for fat finger dudes to use.

Really nice computer. Love windows 11. Wish it came with a cd player but plug and play works great. Fast and easy updates.

A great machine other than the very thin On/Off slot which is a little inconvenient.

Seems to be wonderful so far. Time will tell. this is the second one that we have purchased for our home and craft room.

While I like the 16 GB memory and the 1TB SSD, I didn't realize until after I purchased it that it has no ability to play DVDs on its own, and it comes with no Office.

i have only used this device for a short time,but so far i am pleased with the operation. the graphics are really good. i like the speed of pages opening. still getting used to other features.
