This unit had all the features that we wanted. We could not rate it a 5 star since we have not used it long enough to see how well it performs. Our previous unit was an HP with Vista and it performed and served us very well.

It is fast but not to impressed with it. For office work and low graphic gaming. Will not run steam VR games which was the main reason I wanted better PC

A good buy for a daily driver

Dissapointed

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was thrilled with MY purchase but last night 12-15-2021 the Hard drive died on me. :( I think I have not even had it a month yet...just barely so that is very dissappointing. The good news I contacted HP support and they are sending a prepaid box to me so I can have my PC repaired. I barely called them last night so keeping fingers crossed all goes well. It did not come with a dvd drive, it did not come with a monitor and it did not come with speakers or a webcam so all in all I am dissapointed in my purchase.

I bought another like this last year & it keeps stopping | locking up and has to be cold booted. I’ve tried updating windows but it still does it.
