My old PC desktop HP/windows 7,LOL and it finally die on me. LOL When to B/B and brought this HP-ENVY, and fine it to much faster and no issue. I've always have trusted HP products....

So far so good. Much better than our old PC running on Windows Vista. Nice computer for basic home use.

Everything seems to be working fine and a decent upgrade. I swear it said storage was larger but sill decent.

The HP-ENVY is a replacement for my 10 year old ASUS which was purchased at Best Buy. It's truly a remarkable upgrade. The ENVY is extremely fast and was well worth buying.

Replaced old pc since fan was going out. Takes time to upload software and transfer all but all is well!

Absolutely what I needed. It's the fastest I've ever owned as far as loading website's. Updating Etc.. Not cheap but I'm sure there are many more out of my price bracket

Got this open box and at a bit of a discount. I mainly use the machine for music recording and production. For my purposes it is very good. I love the keyboard and mouse.

Good computer very powerful. Having trouble setting it up. The programs load and runs very fast.

the computer is an excellent machine. the warranty backup by GeekSquad was TERRIBLE. there were performance problems which GeekSquad could not find. they wanted $99 to investigate and $99 to retrieve and store data. my local computer service found and fixed the problem for FREE. i doubt that Best Buy will pay an attention to this review, and i doubt that i will shop at Best Buy. i could write a letter to Best Buy, but for now i am venting my frustration in this review.

Runs well. A couple glitches in the beginning with freezing but seems to have worked itself out.

The computer was extremely easy to setup and re-install all of my applications. I have owned it for almost 30 days and haven't experienced any problems. Very satisfied.

Nice desktop with a great processor. Bought for my parents, when their computer went out. They literally plugged in all hook ups and the power and was ready in minutes

It was a Christmas gift for my husband given to him shortly before the day. I was given bad & incomplete information about the computer and the add-ons. Later I was told it was because store personnel who were there for holiday sales only & they were unaware of store policies. I would suggest not to buy computers during Christmas holiday shopping. We are just starting to use the computer, therefore, it would be difficult to rate it.

I thought this would be a pretty good computer...not too cheap and not too expensive. For the most part it's pretty good with the SSD and the ability to add a regular hard drive if I wanted. The power supply is a bit anemic if you want to add on a lot of other drives or maybe an upgraded video card if you want to get more into gaming. So, as long as you're not a gamer....this should do the trick for the majority of people.

Perfect and fast. First machine I bought of this kind was defective at purchase. I returned the machine and bought the same kind and have had no issues whatsoever.

A very capable computer at a reasonable price. Easy online ordering, notification when it's ready via text message, and fast pick up in the store or curbside.

Nice machine , the power button is very small and can be hard to access. overall nice machine

This is truly a next-level computer experience. I love the speed which really helps with work. The HP optimization is excellent!! Once again HP has impressed.
