Easy to use out of the box. Good first computer for someone.

Very pleased with this tower. Still learning what all it can do, but would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new one.

I bought this PC for a specific purpose that it should have no problem taking care of. It replaced a 12 year old system with a Core I7 processor that recently died. The problem, I believe, with this computer is the power supply is so small. It is only 130w and as a result it is having stability issues. I'll be replacing the PS with one from HP that is compatible with this computer. Bottom line is look for the specs on the power supply and don't get anything under 300w-400w. I have a lot of experience with HP at work and no problem there but those are high end computers so I guess HP's bottom line isn't very well put together.

Been good so far, purchased this and upgraded the RAM to edit videos and photos. Does what it should be doing.

This desktop is performing well and meets my needs totally. I am not into gaming so can’t speak to that capability.

Nice computer and very fast with the 10th generation I7 processor. Came with 16gb memory which also helps and can be upgraded.

Love the machine. I’ve used HP computers for many years and always been happy. But this one has been a nightmare. After initializing Windows 10, the PC started freezing up randomly. The clock would stop and it became completely unresponsive, requiring a power down. For a month, I tried every solution I could find on the PC and on the HP website. It froze even when logged out and in screen power off mode. I restored to earlier points, even reinstalling Windows both from settings and using the F11 option, both retaining user files and restoring to factory settings. It’s on the floor, not near any walls, furniture or heating vents. I finally concluded that the unit must be defective and returned it. Then figuring it was a bad unit, I bought another just like it. It does the same thing right out of the box! Obviously a design flaw.

Works good so far. Needs a better video card. But overall good.

This tower works well and very efficiently. It is fast and performs well for the tasks that we need. It was a great purchase.

upgraded from Windows Vista and it was like, Night & Day!. Super fast computer and I finally got rid of a bulky tower.

I purchased 2 of these for different purposes, they are well made and the HP name is good. They are fast and a good value

I love it i bought it for school... It is very fast and I do a bunch of multitasking and it handles it all very well...

We have several versions of this one in our office - all work great and fast!

Love the desktop, but would of liked tech information on the inside ports what amount of drives can be put inside. Had to tear it apart to find that you can only put 1 extra drive in it. But love the speed, put an extra 16GB DIMM in and with 32GB in it, just plain fast.

Still learning how to use Windows 10. Product OK but Best Buy staff were in too big of a hurry to sell me things and too little time spent telling me what they installed on the desktop. I went to Best Buy to have my Windows 7 computer repaired, primarily a problem with the power switch; they didn't even bother looking.

This is perfect. Fast, good and pretty. I’m using with 3 screens, in a financial market. No complains

Great Computer. Very fast. I wish they had put a USB3 port on the back. All are on the front. Still good machine.

The computer is very fast and starts up quickly. Unit is used primarily for personal use and for education purposes.
