Great computer! Got it for our church and has run flawlessly. We do a lot on it and has been very reliable.

I would love to give this a higher rating, and was hoping that the other reviews of the pc freezing up would be just a bad pc in the bunch. However, that is not the case, this pc freezes up at least 3 times a day and often more than that! Sadly, we missed the return window to Best Buy due to the weather and not being able to get back to the store. Other than that, this pc is wonderful, it is fast and works great! Not sure what options I have at this point besides being a bit frustrated every time that it freezes and I have to do a hard reboot.

Did the freeze and glitch thing, updated through the manufacturer and it hasnt since. Great PC.

East set-up and a robust computer for the money. No fan noise so very quite and SSD for quick boot.

It boots up as fast as I expected it to. It equally runs quietly and fast as desired.

This is a decent computer and a winner if you don't need to upgrade. I had a sata drive from my old HP I wanted to reuse and also needed to add another SSD drive. Finally I had two 35" monitors I also wanted to reuse. Doing all this was an incredible pain. The pain was substantially aggravated by the lack of technical information from HP. There is a Quick Start pamphlet that if fine for starting the as bought machine, and a reference to on-line documentation. This documentation does not tell you anything; how to open the chassis, how to install another SSD drive, how to install another sata drive. Having worked on computers for many years I figured it out in the end and it all mostly works. Finally the cool black paint makes it very hard to find the DVD/CD player door - and as others have noted it does not work well mechanically.

Very solid PC. It has operated flawlessly and is very quick. It is a great choice for home use.

fast and easy to navigate. replaced older with upgraded windows 10 but this is amazing
