We really like the computer but it freezes up. We already exchanged the first one we purchased because of the freezing I hope this one is just working out the bugs.

Good experience. Only issue was HP site had wrong information on this machine that best buy is selling. Called it a Pavilion instead of Envy for that S/N.

Ordering this computer was easy to complete. I sent my step-son to pick-up the computer for me, with my credit card and he had no problems. Set up was easy.

Not what I thought I purchased. Had to delay setting it up, so I can't really rate it fairly... It didn't have my minimum required 1TB hard drive (sales person looked it up and confirmed that it did have the 1TB drive). It was an open box, and I had no documentation on it. When I got my review eMail, I found out it wasn't what I needed. I returned it and bought an HP Envy Desktop that did meet my specifications, and I reviewed that machine favorably.

I had nothing but problems. The mouse and keyboard stopped working 4 times in 2 days. Tried to turn off but the power button would not turn off the computer so I had to pull the plug. I also tried to open the cd slot - I would hear a motor trying to open it but did not open however it did open by itself after an hour . I called HP support. They were excellent . After trying several things, finally felt I needed a factory restore. I decided to take the Envy back for a refund.

nice pc tower I did not try key board or mouse as I have a nice one already I also bought a external drive for it as I play a lot of games very quite you can not hear it a all I would buy this tower again I have had good luck with hp towers

So far it is a very good computer..but surprisingly not as fast as I would have thought it would be. Over all though, I still am pleased with it.

The first machine I purchased started to freeze up after about 5 days of use. The replacement machine is working fine so far (its been about two weeks).

The open box HP Desktop computer was exactly as described in the sales description. It had been cleaned, formatted and restored to factory specifications. It was in excellent condition. and functions flawlessly. Excellent buy!

Processes and moves very quickly and smoothly. IT has super quick turn-on. Because the keyboard is not backlit, I use a different keyboard and mouse.

Very nice computer. Setup using google account went very smooth. Highly recommend the HP / Intel package. Does not have a DVD player. If needed you would have to buy an aftermarket DVD player and attach via USB port.

Can’t open many files from old computer. Won’t download many programs I have on my Apple 8+. Beginning to think I should have gone for the Apple.

So far so good! It was a rough start as I guess it needed a bios update. It kept locking up at random for the first couple days until I updated all the firmware and such. It’s amazing now! I’d get another if I needed one!

I would rate it a five, but I had to return the first one because it would randomly freeze up, it didn't matter what I was in or doing.

This tower performs multiple operations very well. It renders video from production apps fast. I have connected up to three 32" inch monitors to this unit with no issues.

Hadn’t used it yet but like the looks of it. Should be getting after old computer information transferred to new computer

It is a nice computer. My only problem is not knowing all of its capabilities. I don't believe I received an owner's manual.

Was a very easy experience at Best Buy for A New desk top computer and monitor. Also, the home visit was very good and helpful. I look forward to working with the Geek Squad more in the future.

Decent budget PC. Not very upgradeable with the size of the power supply.

I bought HP-Envy 3 weeks ago and I felt in love with it. Its very light and it has all the bells and whistles that I needed. I highly recommend others to get it. It's worth every penny u spent on it!
