First and Second units were both defective. Had to return them to Best Buy store where they confirmed the units were defective. Best Buy responded quickly and satisfactorily. HP must have a consistent manufacturing defect in this model.

Good tower, bad keyboard

Not bad once you fix it.

But i didn't some research and found out that the computer had some software settings that would make it crash from factory. Did the recommended power setting changes and has worked pretty seamlessly since then.

It's a good thing I have fingernails. Keyboard is smaller than my last keyboard. It makes less noise than my other keyboard. It doesn't seem like it is built as good as my old one. It's something I will get use to.
