    Very fast boots up on 2-3 seconds. Visuals in HD. Expanding Ram very easy. I'm happy with this purchase.

    This is the second HP Envy desktop in the last month. The first one was an "open box" purchase. After it was setup it began freezing up by not responding to mouse or keyboard inputs. After hours of working with HP it was sent back to an HP service center for repair. Upon its return from the service center where it was supposedly fixed, the computer continued to freeze up. Thinking that this "open box" desktop was fatally flawed it was returned to Best Buy and replaced with a new unit. The new unit began freezing up the same way. Even after installing all of the firmware and driver updates it continues to freeze up. Do not recommend purchasing this HP desktop.

    The 3 stars is because my monitors go into sleep mode and I am not able to wake them up with either the mouse or keyboard that came with the computer so I am always restarting the computer, otherwise I love the computer
