    We have had an HP for 11 years and it was a real work horse. Now it was time to upgrade CPU and we also upgraded management software for the business. So we bought another HP. The new computer was installed on March 18th and it freezes up at the most inopportune times and we have to shut it down and reboot it back up. This is a retail business. We have been learning a new software for the business but now we need to get to the bottom of the freezing issue. I have replaced the wired mouse that we had with the new wireless mouse that came with the CPU but that didn't help. We can not afford to be without a computer so I stopped out where I bought it and Best Buy said I can call and pay for the geek squad to come out and look at it or I can bring it in. This is just causing a stressful time to be more stressful.

    I'm guessing we have good HPs, and not good HPs. Well, I must have gotten one of the bad HPs. The thing is is mine has the same problem as many that have been reviewed and reported here. So my question is, Why hasn't this been addressed by HP or Best Buy. Why do consumers need to shell out 900.00 bucks to find out if they got a good one. I'll be returning this unit and will not look at HP again if this is how they treat their customers.
