Best Buy Yes! Not happy with the HP computer I bought,

Already had to send it back to HP. Freezes all the time.

Every offend computer freezes, otherwise it is good

Kept dying on me when opening excel. Maybe mine had defective parts, but still meh.

Computer kept freezing. I finally put the computer back to factory reset,and I couldn't even get to put USA in to set it up, because it would freeze up. I went back to my 6 year old Asus. Don't waste your money.

Not enough ssd memory. Disc drive hard to load a disc. This machine would be full in one day.

This is very sad that with a good brand it just bad computer whe need it to change it like 2 times cause it was just freezing a lot and won’t let us do nothing

So they gave me just the tower no keyboard no mouse no power cord the disk tray is comepletely broken I have to tip the whole tower over to eject the tray

Worst computer I have ever owned. I have sent it in twice for repair and it is still not working correctly. The operating system keeps failing.

Immediately returned it! Had it up and running for the first time and within 15 minutes it totally froze. Tried different options but still froze.

Horrible!!!!! Keeps shutting down and freezing. Called the store to discuss... no one picked up. Was on for at least 8 minutes each time I tried.

Poor system performance. Locks up and requires reboot if more than 2 applications are open. Reformatting did not effect this.

Stop working within 60 days. I always strive to find good in everything. I wish I could say the same here.

I have had this computer for a few weeks now and, mostly, I really like it. It can get noisier than expected some times, which I don't like. And the disk drive is absolute crap. I expected a Blu-ray player and didn't notice that it didn't have one until too late. Not only is that not included but the disk drive doesn't even come all the way out. It just opens and pops out about an inch. Pretty pathetic for the year and price. My last computer was bought in 2013 and had a disk drive that opened and came out like a drive should. Those two things are negatives but the computer is very fast and boots up right away.
