M-expandability SCAM

Told that there were two spare M-2 slots. Actually one was occupied to provide WiFi and the other one was occupied with the factory installed 1T memory. Therefor, there was no expandability using M-2 technology without throwing away originally installed equipment. Very misleading and disappointing.

Best Buy for the save!

I have the tech membership and it makes it simple and gives me the peace of mind that its protected by the Geek Squad! Plus it was instock, instore and the employees made it quick for me to get in and out!

Simply relocated the machine across the room and windows would not load. Diagnostic and repair routines could not identify or repair problem.

I have been very happy with the HP product line, that is why I stayed with it.

On/off button
