Good printer… prints loud and sometimes slow but good quality.

This is a great printer for the price. I also love the opportunity to have automatic ink refill.

Great printer! This is my first ever printer that I have purchased and owned and has not disappointed thus far. One thing I feel could be better is the printer speed and can be a little slow when printing a lot of papers at once. I do enjoy the photo printing as well

I’ve had more problems with this printer than any other I’ve ever owned. It constantly has error messages and can’t communicate with the cartridges. I’ve lost several hours of work trying to troubleshoot it.

Mac users be aware. You will not be able to scan to your computer. Wish I had attempted this function within the returnable period. Curious if I missed some small print somewhere but the box is gone. Otherwise easy setup was easy and Smart Inc seams reasonable.

This printer is the most convenient investment you could commit to! Please please trust me when I say this is so aesthetically, pleasing, and efficient!

The wireless printing is smooth and easy to set up.

I've had several HP printers over the years and they are getting worse and worse with their reliability. I bought this printer in March of 2023 and only use it a few times a month. I am signed up with the instant ink with paper refill which is pretty convenient. It's now October of 2023 and I just replaced it with a brother laser printer for about $50 more than I paid for this one. The print quality had gone so far down hill there was no need even trying. I ran the necessary utilities with no improvement. I'm including a picture comparing the print quality on my new brother laser printer to the current print quality of this HP printer.

I’ve been a Brothers fan for years. HP has me for now.

Works Beautifully, always printing on color and surprisingly doesn’t go fast at all

I’ve always been a fan of HP printers but this printer has not giving anything but trouble, always giving me error messages about cartridge not being able to communicate with printer. It’s always a hassle when you need a quick print out. I’ve called HP customer service and they always say i’m using a wrong cartridge and they send the “correct one” which always ends up being the same one and still continue to have the same problem! Very dissapointed to say the least! My more affordable printers have done a better job than this one.

It was easy to setup and does everything I need it to do. Scan, copy, print.

This is a functional printer but does not have scanning capability from the app. disappointing. otherwise functions well.

Misses the mark by a long shot as the replacement to the Photosmart series-- Don't buy!!! Works fine as an expensive color printer, but photos no longer look like professional prints. They come out like cheap home prints. Since there's no photo ink/black ink duo 64 cartridge option or a separate photo ink cartridge feature and the resolution capability may be less than the Photosmart 7520, don't buy this printer for photo printing. This is a giant leap back to the first ink jet printing capabilities for home photo printing- view my snapshots to see how dark colors actually alter the photo paper and don't provide the highest resolution. Both pictures were tested using the same settings (max dpi, advanced HP glossy paper) and same compatible computer so it's truly the printer that can't produce high quality photos! Regretting that I used my Best Buy points for this since I probably won't get them back to use on a different printer. :(

So far it’s good … but at the beginning it’s give me connection issue but finally after sometime I connected and love the printing. Structure of printer is attractive love how off white and beige color combination they made and on thing is printing is kind of slow . Other then that work ok

Now that it's probably too late to take it back, it doesn't print correctly, no color printing. I can only print in black. The attached photo is what it looks like when I try to print out a full color web page. A test print is pretty much a blank sheet. So, either the printer is bad or all of the included ink cartridges are bad, which is over $100. I have not used up all of the ink, only printed about 20 pages.

Not much to say it's a great printer Im very happy with it and I will always buy HP
