I purchased this computer the first time and when I got home I noticed that the fan was SUPER loud. I returned it to the store assuming that this was a malfunctioning fan. They gave me a new one and when I got it home, it had the same SUPER loud fan. So I guess this is normal. Overall though, the computer has been perfect for what I need it for.

This is a great computer for the price. Being that I was in need of a computer quickly, it has met and exceeded all my expectations.

great computer and very easy to use, I especially like the ability to "light up" the keyboard which makes it very easy to use in dark places

While I'm not a fan of HP products (aside from printers), so far this two-in-one laptop/tablet isn't half bad. It's taken some getting used to, and it's definitely not a DELL, however given that I was in a position in which I absolutely had to buy a new laptop, I can say that so far I'm satisfied with this product. Now if only Microsoft would still offer Windows 7 Professional, I'd be happy.
