Worst laptop. Within 1 month of purchase it’s suddenly not working.

Had it for 2.5 years and it’s still a grey computer. I love that it’s fast, durable, and the touchscreen is an added bonus.great price for what you get.

Has forcless than 6 months and screen is popping out.

A rip-off from start to finish. Sale poorly handled. Service contract not worth the money.

crashed within 2 hours of setting it up. had to make a 5 hour drive to return it to the store.

I can't really think of anything bad to say about HP Envy laptops. I have two of them, like everything about them and will buy again if I need another computer.

Second one I've owned. Like the computer. Only issue is I forget to be sure that it had a side number pad.

This is my First laptop.. I spent considerable time online and in local Best Buy store comparing brands and models .. I purchased this model for use in Photo Editing .. unit has 16 GB hard drive and 512 GB SSD , this will handle photoshop and Lightroom with the the Intel i7 12th generation processor ..I downloaded the Microsoft photos app and found this Very Nice for JPEG images ..this is what is in showroom demo models .. screen is bright and clear...keypad is Solid in feel .. Laptop is Really Really nice and a high Quality feel in All Respects .. VERY HAPPY with this purchase.....

Purchased October 2020. Took it in under warranty soon after for the battery charger due to it getting incredibly hot and the battery life bad. Now I’ve tried to open it and the left hinge just broke without any incident happening prior to that. So it will cost almost $400 to fix it. Not happy especially because this is a known defective issue and nothing is done about it. Should offer Lifetime warranty for the hinges at least. Replacing after 2 1/2 years instead of wasting another $400 on it.

Not at all worth the price, even the discounted price. This laptop is cheaply made, it’s awful. Within 2 days of minimal to mind use, it began having issues. It crashed, glitches and shut down several times. The fan is LOUD. Loud. I have never seen anything like it. Not even my 5 year old Dell did that. Google “HP Envy X360” and you will see that this is a common complaint and problem. It’s awful. This laptop should very well be under $400 if that. Not to mention that the sound is weak. The purpose of this laptop was for university, writing papers and research. Very mild use since I use my desktop for most of my work, this laptop was for when I was away from home on campus. It could even handle that. Battery life is terrible, on average 1-2 hours.
