It is a heavy laptop. Dread having to lug back and worth from class. If i could i would give 4 1/2 just becuase of the weight.

This was a little bit of a “downgrade” for me (from a 17” screen and a separate number keypad) but it has still been trouble-free and easy to use. I feel like a got a good deal!

The keys stop working, the battery life starts failing, the corners of the bottom half of the computer come apart and I have only had mine a year now and I am 56 years old, and only check emails and play a few games and get on social media ! So theres no over use and havent dropped it !! Its junk !

Tried contacting best buy and they just told me to talk to HP, but thankfully HP was able to solve the touchscreen driver issue as of this point as I have not had problems since.

Reinstalled driver multiple times, still no use. Even geek squad not able to resolve the issue, hp support- they are awesome unable to reach them through chat call and if i raise case it is getting closed without customer feedback.

Battery die fast and speaker problem

School just started and she is using this laptop more often. She informed me that the laptop's battery dies super fast and the speaker only work at the bottom. Now it just few days over 30 days. It is so sad the quality is getting bad. She picked this New HP Envy 360 because her previous Envy laptop (bought in 2017 summer) was wonderful and still working fine til today. We always preferred HP over any others brand on the market; now we may looks others if we need any PC or Laptop in the future.

However, the laptop got extremely hot from the first time I charged the laptop- the laptop fan is also noisy. Very concerning from the moment I pulled the laptop out of the box. Will be returning within Best Buy's return policy.
